Programme of Meetings, 2025

Society meetings are held on Wednesdays and start at 7 p.m. All welcome, no charge: you don’t even have to be a member, just sympathetic to our aims!

Most of our meetings are now Hybrid, being held both online, via Zoom, and in person. To attend online you'll need the Zoom link, sent out in our monthly Newsletter. If you're not currently receiving our Newsletters, please sign up using the form on our "Contact" page.

Up to May 2025, hybrid meetings were held at the Stables, Falkland Estate by kind permission of the Falkland Stewardship Trust. From October onwards they are being held in Falkland Church.

The principal ambition of our lecture programme is always to honour aspects of our cultural and social history through stories of art, archaeology, architecture and history relevant to Falkland but not necessarily local. We trawl our circles of friendship and acquaintance vigorously for speakers who are active in their chosen fields.
